Terms and Conditions

Clients

All new clients are required to complete a full consultation prior to their first treatment. This can either be completed electronically or in person before the treatment commences. Returning clients have the responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to their original consultation before undergoing further treatments. Clients understand that the experience will last for the duration of the time specified when booking, including consultations, preparations and treatment. Clients minimum age for treatment is 16. Clients are required to share personal information during a consultation and agree to providing all relevant information prior to a treatment, including any allergies. Clients understand and acknowledge that the salon environment should be calm and quiet and behave in an appropriate manner. Clients are required to remain covered with a towel during treatments. The therapist has the right to refuse to provide treatment at any time. The therapist has the right to terminate a treatment at any time.

Equipment

All equipment is supplied and maintained by Floell Pilates and Wellness and regularly checked for damage or wear and tear. The therapist is qualified and insured to provide the services offered. Copies of qualifications can be provided on request.

Booking

Bookings can be made online, by email or by phone and are confirmed once full payment has been received.  

Cancellations/Changes

Clients must give at least 48 hours of advance notice for any changes or cancellations. 50% of the booking fee will be charged after this period. 

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the treatment will commence at the time they arrive and will end at the original scheduled time. 

Gift Cards

Normal cancellation/change policy applies to Gift Cards.

Client Information

All personal information held by Floell Pilates and Wellness is treated as private and confidential and in line with current GDPR guidelines. 

Extent of Liability

Clients are required to complete a signed Consultation Form prior to treatment. Floell Pilates and Wellness can therefore not be held liable/responsible for reactions, contra-indications or injury via treatment once consent has been given. Aftercare advice leaflet will be provided prior to each treatment or discussed. Any concerns should be raised during or immediately following a treatment.
